Shoney's Chocolate Syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Mix dry ingredients; add water. Cook until smooth. Cool. Add butter and vanilla extract. Delicious on vanilla ice cream!
